In short

A fashion eCommerce store held its media budget flat after Black Friday and Christmas. Noam Marketing scaled the creative angles already selling, improved conversion and upsells, and rebuilt retargeting by buyer stage. From March to May, sales rose 48% to A$298,500 on the same budget; by 31 July 2026, year-to-date sales were A$644,030.

The challenge

Paid traffic that wasn’t converting enough.

  • 01

    Unscaled winners

Winning angles existed but weren’t scaled systematically.

  • 02

    Conversion

Around 2.8%, a fast lever with existing traffic.

  • 03

    Warm audiences

Retargeting didn’t match where buyers were in their journey.

What I did, and why

Three changes.

  1. 01

    Creative system.

Stopped producing volume for its own sake; built tests around the hooks, angles, offers and formats already selling.

  2. 02

    Purchase journey.

Stronger trust signals, a tighter path and better upsell points (AOV +29.8% in the first phase).

  3. 03

    Retargeting by stage.

Different messages for ad viewers, product viewers and checkout abandoners.

What this does and doesn’t show

Limits worth knowing.

  • The +48% compares with a prior period that included peak season; the effect of each change isn’t isolated.
  • Figures are self-reported from the client’s ad accounts and store data for this business and period. They’re evidence of the approach, not a forecast for another business.
